Gloucester Point sits right at the north end of the Coleman Bridge, so Yorktown is minutes away. From Mathews or Deltaville, plan on roughly 45 minutes to an hour to Yorktown-area bases.
No. Tolls on the US 17 Coleman Bridge ended on August 8, 2025, so commuting between Gloucester and Yorktown no longer carries a daily toll.
County rates are close to one another: Gloucester’s CY2026 rate is $0.583 per $100 (down from $0.614), Middlesex was $0.61 for tax year 2025, and Mathews moved from $0.60 to $0.62 for FY2027.
